Hardware : Stainless steel Hinges, Stainless steel Finished Tower Bolt to be provided. Magnetic door catchers only for Main door and bedroom doors. Lock shall be Mortise of Yale/ Equivalent.
Windows : Prefabricated powder coated aluminum sliding windows with clear glass pane. MS grills shall be provided.
Plumbing: All water supply/Drainage lines shall be in ISI marked CPVC/UPVC/PVC pipes.
Kitchen & Utility : Only water in-let(Cold water line), waste water outlet shall be provided in the kitchen and utility. Granite or RCC counter will not be provided. Sink and Faucet will not be provided in the kitchen (As each customer can ensure the design of modular kitchen according to their requirement).
Washing Machine : Inlet & Outlet Provision in Utility Area.
Instead of Overhead tanks, Hydro Pneumatic system is provided at site for uniform pressure in all apartments.
Wiring: Concealed copper wiring using Polycab/ Anchor or equivalent make.
Power Points : 5Amps,15Amps, Fresh air Fans, GEYSER and AC points shall be provided in the apartments. (AC wiring shall be done in the bedrooms and dining).
Switches : All switches shall be of Litaski/ GM or equivalent make.
Generator : Power backup shall be provided for all common services and also for the electrical points in the apartment with limit of 1KVA/ Apartment.
Light Fixtures : In common areas, external areas and apartment balconies light fixtures shall be provided.
ELCB and adequate MCB shall be provided in each apartment.
TV/Television points shall be provided and centralized cabling for Multi DTH systems also are provided in living room and bedrooms.
Sanitary fittings: EWC wall-hung and wash basin using Roca or equivalent make, concealed cistern Gebrit or equivalent make.
Faucets: Single lever with concealed diverters and health faucet of Jaguar or equivalent make shall be provided in all toilets. Provision for hot water connection shall be provided for overhead shower in each bathroom.
Interior Walls : Cement based Putty with Emulsion paint.
Interior Ceiling : Cement based Putty with Emulsion paint.
