We are the agro based company working on plantation land. We have successfully completed 14 projects. We sell Plantation and agricultural land and maintain it for you. The property is located in Chikkaballapur, Karnataka. We have 40 acres which is bifurcated into 2 acres each. Its a road side property. Only 40 mins from international airport Bangalore. One can expect assured returns every year. The company stands strong sourcing right land with clear titles, good road approach, soil fertility, support services, manpower, approvals and other basic requirements suitable for pomegranate plantation. We use modern technologies available for pomegranate cultivation. We use drip and fertigation technology. After sales we take care of the maintenance of the plantation till the produce.The Customer will be the registered owner of the property. By taking necessary permission from the government through section 80 of Karnataka Land Reforms Act the property will be registered in the customer name which would take 3 month to complete the whole process. After registration we would be signing up the maintenance agreement between the member & Vibez Estates.
