My Property Boutique has structured a land deal between White and Green Homes and St Angelos VNCT Ventures.
The land is located in the heart of Coimbatore at Ganapathy, measuring 1 Acre of prime land.
Karthikeyan Kumar, Co-Founder of My Property Boutique Private Limited said,
A Residential Project is going to be developed on this land. It is going to be a Villa Development which would have open space and modern amenities. This deal comes in at a time, when the sentiments are negative and buyers are having resistance in investing in properties in Coimbatore, so any new project to be successfull today needs meticulous planning and execution. VNCT Venture is doing the same and has planned up a Villa Development keeping in mind the affordability at large with the right product mix.
